At Grace Manor, an elegant 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, we believe in a
‘hands-on’ approach that caters to the needs of each individual. We want all of our residents to
be comfortable, to have something special to look forward to each day, and to feel that they are
an important and valuable part of the Grace Manor family.
Unlike so many facilities that have an institutional atmosphere, Grace Manor has been
designed to be warm and welcoming. And because of our smaller size, we are able to offer all of
our residents - ambulatory, non-ambulatory & with alzheimer's dementia, a higher level of care
and personal attention that they need 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

RCFE Administrators by the State of California and are dedicated to providing the best
care for you or your love one.
- Our carehome is regulated, inspected & licensed by the State of California Department of
Social Services - Community Care Licensing Division to care for a maximum of 6 residents
60 years and above - ambulatory, non-ambulatory & with alzheimer's dementia.
- A higher ratio of caregiver to residents compared to large facilities. And because we're
limited to care for a maximum of 6 residents, we are able to provide you or your love one a
higher level of care & personal attention.
- Our live-in care staff(s) are compassionate, criminal background cleared, Certified, TB
Test cleared, experienced & trained in the care of the elderly, and takes great care to
ensure a secure and loving atmosphere 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Our carehome is equipped with a Fire & Security System to keep our residents safe. We
also have exit door alarms for the wanderer & call button in the rooms for after hour
emergencies.

Services We Provide:
- Continuous care, supervision and observation of changes in physical, emotional, mental,
and social aspects that signal to alert the family, the physician and others to immediately
address the problem or changes.
- Furnished or unfurnished spacious One (1) Master Suite with Two (2) beds, walk-in closet
and own bathroom perfect for a couple and Four (4) Private rooms.
- Three (3) complete healthy meals a day with snacks including any special dietary needs
as ordered by a Physician .
- Customised indoor and outdoor activities such as concert shows & movies on a big screen
tv, exercises, backyard walks, Nintendo Wii game system and gardening.
- Lower rates compared to large & small facilities for short term respite, long term, bowel &
bladder incontinence & alzheimer's dementia care.
- Daily room housekeeping & weekly linen and laundry services, or sooner if needed.
- Customised needs assistance with all activities of daily living needs such as bathing,
dressing, grooming, toileting & other personal needs
- Assistance with appointments & transportation to and from all scheduled medical and
dental appointments with escort service & referrals to local Medical Providers.
- Assistance, supervision and refill management of medications according to Physician's
Orders.
- Cable TV outlet, WiFi Internet Access & Private Telephone Line available in each
room.
